Product Description

IHG stainless steel pipeline chemical centrifugal pump is used to transport corrosive chemical liquids with viscosity similar to water. IHG stainless steel chemical centrifugal pump is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electricity, paper, food pharmaceutical and synthetic fiber sectors. Operating temperature: -20 to 120 Degree Celsius.

1. vertical structure, same diameter inlet and outlet are in the same center line. compact structure, good appearance, small area, low operation cost. When the motor is with protective cover, the pump can be used outdoor.

2. impeller is directly installed on the long shaft of the motor. Pump and motor bearing can effectively balance the radial and axial loading to ensure smooth operation with little vibration and low noise.

3, shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or mechanical seal combination, titanium alloy seal ring, heat resistant mechanical seal and hard alloy material, wear resistant seal etc. can effectively extend the service life of mechanical seal.

4. Easy installation and maintenance, no need to remove the pipeline system, as long as the pump coupling nut can be removed and all the rotor parts can be removed.

5. The series and parallel operation of pumps can be adopted according to the requirements of flow and head.

6. Vertical and horizontal installation of pump can be adopted according to the requirements of pipeline layout.
