Features: sufficient fluidized bed combustion, good combustion control in the furnace, but the dust in the flue gas is large, the operation is complex, the operation cost is high, the fuel particle size uniformity requirements are high, the need for high-power crushing device, quartz sand on the equipment wear is serious, the maintenance of equipment is large.

How it works: the rotary incinerator is lined with cooling pipes or refractory along the furnace body, which is placed horizontally and slightly tilted.Through the continuous operation of the furnace body, the garbage in the furnace body is fully burned, and at the same time, it moves to the direction of the furnace body inclined, until it burns up and discharges the furnace body.

Features: high equipment utilization, low carbon content in ash, low excess air, low harmful gas emissions.However, the combustion is not easy to control, and the combustion is difficult when the calorific value of waste is low.
