Common problems

1. The equipment can't light.

There are several reasons for this problem. First check the atomizer to see if the nozzle is clogged.Check the oil solenoid valve to see if there is a fault.Also check the oil pressure to see if it is too low.

2. The waste oil burner is always on and off frequently.

This may be caused by the waste oil regulating valve opening too large, we can solve this problem by appropriately reducing the waste oil flow.

3. There is a large amount of smoke when the equipment is burning.

First of all, we can check whether it is because we put in more organic waste, which is more solid.Furthermore, we can check the combustion rate to see if it is too high, resulting in insufficient atomization.
