structure introduction

RY thermal oil pump is a single-stage cantilever centrifugal structure with foot support and center support. The pump inlet is for axial suction and the outlet is vertical upward. The pump and the driving motor are mounted on the same base by an elastic coupling. No cooling system is needed for the whole unit.

RY thermal oil pump is mainly composed of shell, rotor, bearing, seal and other parts, using packing seal structure. The additional heat resistant oil seal plays the role of auxiliary seal. The pump and motor are connected by a three jaw type elastic coupling.

RY thermal oil pump has changed the traditional hot oil pump structure. The natural heat cooling way reduce the volume of the pump. The structure is simple and reliable to save operating costs.
