DBK250.2 two points air applied caliper disc brake
DBK model air applied caliper disc brake is composed of braking pads, piston, air chamber, fan cover, braking disc, fixed bolt, fixed frame and so on. This brake relies on air pressure to brake, return springs for release. After supplying air pressure, piston pushes friction pads moved toward to and compressed braking disc, producing resisting torque, until disc and other rotating parts stopped, brake linked. When exhausting air pressure, piston and friction pads back and separated with braking disc by return springs, brake released.
Its response is sensitive, torque control precise. Piston sealing part is without oil. Lining thickness is 10mm, max abrasion is 6mm. When lining abrasion reached to 4mm, using screwdriver to take out head inside screw through hole of disc with hub to replace lining.
DBK model air caliper disc brake characters:
1. Wide torque adjustment
It adopts modular design, and installed sets of module brakes are devised by real needs, in which torque control can reach larger limits.
2. Free of change
Installed sets of brake module can be changed freely even after installation. Brake module can conduct flexible installation and control, and with changing movements, torque control range can be larger.
3. Well heat dissipation
Whole ventilated structure ensures unblocked airflow. Pulley-structure brake disc greatly dissipates the heat generated from itself. It works better to add a cooling fan.
4. Simple installation
It has the characters of high torque and high accuracy, which can be used to various kinds of conditions, such as tension control, urgent brake and position control and etc.
5. Quick and convenient to change non-asbestos friction plate/lining.
