SH-6R pneumatic actuated clutch for car production line
SH-6R is a special type of pneumatic actuated tire clutch. It is without friction linings, so this kind of clutch is widely used in car rewinding and unwinding production line for deliverying power as below:
This structure is without friction pads, so the car rewinding equipment can be forward and backward from SH-6R element no abrasion. When there is no supplying air pressure, rewinding machine part taking out for working; after rewinding machine fed into the element, supplying air pressure, rewinding machine part and SH-6R connected, then transmit power force from motor. With this clutch, it doesn't need to start and stop motor frequently, so as to prolong motor service life and save energy greatly.
