Air disengaged taper tooth brake for lock
Air disengaged taper tooth brake is released by air source. It is different with traditional electromagnetic tooth brake. Their function is similar, while their power source is very different. The electromagnetic brake is through connecting electric to produce magnetic, it is not stable and safe. Because the magnetic powder will be degaussing and produce spark after long time usage, this is the disadvantage of magnetic powder, so most of users change the electromagnetic clutch brake to pneumatic ones.
This pneumatic tooth brake power source is air pressure, it is safe and economic. Pneumatic brake's braking torque is various with air pressure. You can adjust the air pressure to regulate brake's torque to a suitable degree, the max pressure is 0.6Mpa.
