Casing & Tubing Pipe and Sucker Rod Couplings and Crossovers Price
Couplings are short lengths of pipe used to connect two joints of tubing or casing, which are painted with color codes on their external surface to indicate their grades.
Tubing Coupling
Tubing Coupling can be widely used in cold and hot water supply, heating supply, fire protection, medicinal gas, industrial petroleum pipeline system etc. It has already replaced welding fittings in most Europe countries, Asia countries, America, Australia and some other countries.

Casing coupling
A short length of pipe used to connect two joints of casing. A casing coupling has internal threads (female thread form) machined to match the external threads (male thread form) of the long joints of casing. The two joints of casing are threaded into opposite ends of the casing coupling.

Sucker Rod Coupling
Couplings are manufactured from quenched and tempered micro alloyed steels. API couplings are furnished in two classes: Class T and Class SM (Spray Metal). The later has a superficial hardening
One sucker rod coupling must be processed by a few fabrication procedures, such as, Blanking, drilling hole, boring hole, milling, thread tapping, and so on. At the last step, do the surface treatment. The surface treatment includes black coating, phosphating or per the customers requirement. Besides, it has good anticorrosion and anti-friction property. Polished rod coupling
Polished rod couplings are designed for connecting of the polished rod to the top rod of the string. Contrary to rod couplings, polished rod couplings have a female cone that eliminates the coupling twist-off in the course of operation.
