Casing Accessory Non-rotating Top Cement Plug and Bottom Cement Plug

5. Structure
Top and bottom cementing plugs are strictly designed and manufactured in compliance with API standards. Its core, made of AI alloy, has great capacity of drilling, and the plug, made of nitride butadiene rubber and offers oil, is acid-alkali resistant. Due to its unique structure, our plug has excellent scraping and displacement.
6. Instructions
Top and bottom cementing plug are always used together. Place bottom plug before injecting cement, then pump the scrape to clean well-wall. After all is finished, build the pressure until rubber diaphragm is broken, and thus circulation is formed. Then inject cement, place top plug, pump, set pressure, and well cementation ends.
7. Characteristics:
