6. Introduction
Bow spring centralizer is used to keep casing in the central place of wellbore in cementing process, making cement to be evenly distributed around casing string. It has high restoring capacity, which is determined by the shape and stiffness of its bows.
7. Characteristics
1) Has high restoring force and low starting and running force;
2) Mostly be used in vertical or slightly deviated wells;
3) Be capable to pass through narrow hole sections and expand in the targeted locations;
4) Be anti-corrosive after special coating process.
