1.Main uses
This machine is mainly used to evaluate the lubrication performance of various lubricants in the form of sliding friction under the condition of immersion lubrication, and is especially suitable for the simulation evaluation of the anti-scratch performance of middle and high grade automobile gear oil, it can also be used to study the wear properties of various metallic and non-metallic materials and coatings. The machine is frame structure, controlled by DC motor lever load, the test parameters to achieve the unit setting, easy to operate, accurate and reliable test reading, the machine adopts an integrated structural design, the computer, the software, the industrial control module and the actuator are combined in a frame to complete the control of the whole experiment process, and the test data can be collected in real time and the corresponding test curve can be drawn, the test data or curves can be stored, read and printed at will.
