1.Main purpose
High and low [vacuum friction and wear testing machine (hereinafter referred to as machine) is under certain pressure, a certain speed, high temperature, low temperature, vacuum, and special gas protection environment, simulating the actual working condition, by controlling and changing parameters such as load, speed and time of test, in order to assess material friction coefficient of friction and wear performance and wear.
This machine can be change the temperature and atmosphere environment (vacuum/gas), test load, rotational speed, friction pair, friction materials, friction pair parameters such as surface roughness, hardness, and change the lubrication state (without oil lubrication, drip lubrication or oil bath lubrication) of various circumstances, implement different friction pair between the friction simulation test.
It has a variety of friction pairs, such as pin plate) friction pair, four-ball friction pair, thrust ring, ball plate and so on. Can complete a variety of points, lines, surface friction simulation experiments. It can be used to evaluate the friction and wear properties of lubricants, metals, coatings, coatings, rubber, ceramics and other materials.
