MMQ-02G High Temperature Atmosphere Friction and Wear Testing Machine
1. Description
The machine is mainly used for evaluating the friction and wear performance of various metals, coatings, engineering plastics, ceramics and new materials such as powder metallurgy under high temperature and different environmental atmospheres.
Sliding friction can be used to perform bolt-disc or ball-disc tests under various conditions such as changing load, speed, time, friction mate material, surface roughness, hardness, test environment temperature and other parameters. The testing machine has the expansion space of friction pair, which can be customized according to the needs of other forms of friction pai.
This machine adopts servo motor loading system, easy to operate and high precision. The computer controls the spindle speed, revolution, test time and other parameters. During the test process, the test force, speed, revolution, friction torque, friction coefficient, temperature, time and other parameters can be collected and calculated in real time. The corresponding test curve can be drawn.
