WNS type oil gas fast loading steam boiler adopts horizontal internal combustion three return structure and micro positive pressure chamber combustion. The boiler body is composed of a drum, a wave shaped furnace tank and two return threaded smoke pipes. The drum is equipped with steam water separation device and water supply distribution device, the lower part is equipped with regular blowdown device, and the surface blowdown device is installed above 4T / h (including). After the fuel is mixed with air in the burner, it is ignited by the electronic ignition rod and injected into the wave shaped furnace for combustion. The high-temperature flue gas enters the two-stage convection tube bundle from the furnace through the combustion chamber, and then is discharged to the atmosphere through the chimney from the rear flue gas box.
