2. Performance characteristics of horizontal fast coal fired steam boiler:
1, DZH series boiler: consists of two large parts assembly factory, by the large upper furnace body, furnace wall and a heat insulating layer; the lower parts by the movable grate and the door, on the assembly structure, saving boiler room area, reduce installation cost and infrastructure investment;
2, the arch tube plate and the thread smoke pipe are used to form a boiler barrel, so that the cylinder can be changed from a quasi steel body into a quasi elastic structure, and the bracing component in the tube plate region is cancelled, thus reducing the stress. The smoke pipe is changed from two backhaul to single return stroke, and the problem of pipe plate crack is solved.
