Steam boiler
Usage: The steam boiler can be used for producing desired hot water for product manufacturing process in the weave factory, printing and dying, papermaking, and rubber, plastic chemical, pharmaceutical, etc. And for heating room, bath, air conditional, and daily life water in the factories, departments, hotels, schools, restaurants, services industries etc.
The Advantages:
1.Combustible gas is burned out under effect of intensive secondary air and rotation deviding of multi-layer tubes. Thermal decomposition to carbon black because of lack of oxygen is avoided.
2.Coal layer is thicker and coal surface smaller than conventional boiler coal layer. Besides primary air volume is only 50%-60% of the total air volume.So th initial boiler soot emission concentration is lower than conventional.
