It has 2 drills and and 1 tufting tool, modular design, and could meet varieties, small batch production needs.
This machine could be used as primary brush making equipment for factory and suitable for all kinds brush,e.g. toilet brush, disc
brush, roller brush depending different platform.
1. Tufting way: flat wire or round wire
2. Control system:
*CNC control system, touch screen, Chinese and English interface,
*Allows 1000 different program stored. With virtual 2D and 3D display, it's easy to set up a new program.
3: Parts: standardized designs of wear and spare parts , convneient to replace and maintenance
4: Optional platforms:
* Platform for slope/vertical angle of brush( flat brush)
*Platform for spherical brush and semi-spherical brush( disc brush, toilet brush)
*Platform for tubular brush( roller industrial brush, hair brush)
