3J1 Elastic Alloys
Description:
3J1 (also known as Ni36CrTiAl) is an iron-nickel-chromium high-performance elastic alloy with austenitic precipitation. It has good plasticity, low hardness and workability after solid solution treatment, it also can get high mechanical and elastic properties by aging treatment. This kind of alloy has high strength, high elastic modulus, weak magnetism, good corrosion resistance and thermal stability, etc. It can be used below 250℃ and can also be used at low temperatures, such as nearly -200℃.
Applications: it is mainly used in producing a variety of elastic sensitive components for aviation, some parts resistant to nitric acid or other corrosive medium, such as membrane box, diaphragm, bellows, transfer rod, baffle and other elastic structural parts.
