FYB Stainless steel corrosion resistant submerged pump
FYB type corrosion resistant vertical submerged pump is a single-stage single suction long shaft type submerged centrifugal pump. The rated performance point and flange connection size of FYB submerged pump are equivalent to ISO2858 international standard and the technical conditions are ISO5199 standard. Compared with the original FY corrosion resistant submerged pump, it has the advantages of small volume, high efficiency, good energy saving effect and reliable operation.
FYB corrosion resistant submerged pump is Suitable for conveying corrosive media containing solid particles and abrasive matter
The conveying temperature of the pump is generally 0~105℃. When the temperature is -20~0℃, 105~180℃, the heat preservation jacket and cooling jacket can be used.
If there is a small number of solid particles in the conveying medium, the sliding bearing shall be externally lubricated (with water and other allowable media with external pressure greater than 0.2MPa), in the case the user shall specify them.
The working pressure of the pump is designed according to 1.6MPa.
Performance range of pump: flow 1.6-2600m3/h, head 5-132m.
Structure of FY corrosion resistant submerged pump
FYB type corrosion resistant submerged pump is mainly composed of pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, elastic coupling, pipe flange, guide bearing, intermediate connection, upper and lower liquid pipe, bearing bracket, bottom plate and other parts.
The suction inlet of the pump is along the axis and the outlet is parallel to the axis.
The pump's rotary direction. Viewed pump inlet to the motor end , the pump is clockwise.
FYB type corrosion submerged pump of vertical motor with double bolt tightening up on the motor seat, and through the elastic coupling with the pump rotation directly, pump body take over middle, bracket, fluid pipe, flange, with bolt connection constitute an organic whole, fixed on the market, overall pump through the backplane is installed on the container.
The wet parts are made of stainless steel material and non wet parts such as motor frame and bearing bracket etc. are made of cast iron.
