The automatic sand blasting machine for wood uses suction sand blasting, that is, the compressed air flows at high speed in the spray gun to form a negative pressure to induce ejection. The abrasive in the cyclone storage box is sucked into the spray gun through the sand pipe, and then flows with the compressed air. The nozzle shoots to the surface of the workpiece at high speed to achieve the purpose of sandblasting. In the working state, the compressed air and sand are sprayed while mixing to make full use of the compressed air. The air flow and sand flow are easy to adjust. The ideal mixing ratio can be obtained. The energy and sand consumption are low, and the cleaning efficiency is high. .
Features of wood automatic sand blasting machine:
1.Using V-belt to convey the workpiece, it will not accumulate sand, and the speed of the belt can meet the requirements of sand blasting technology to realize frequency conversion speed regulation;
2. The angle of each spray gun can be adjusted freely to realize automatic variable frequency swing and fixed-point blasting, which has strong flexibility; wide applicability
3.Adopt advanced upper cyclone separation system configuration, good dust separation effect and high blasting efficiency;
4.Adopt PLC electrical advanced control system, with high degree of automation, good stability and low failure rate;
5.The nozzle adopts special high wear-resistant boron carbide material with long service life;
6. Abrasive recovery adopts a combination of screw conveying and pneumatic recovery, which makes the recovery stable.
7. Independent bag-type dust removal system, good dust extraction and ventilation effect; (optional: pulse filter dust removal)
The whole machine is suitable for flat workpieces and workpieces with a height of less than 200mm, such as: flat aluminum plates, glass, steel plates, forgings, welding parts, heat treatment parts, glasses frames, stainless steel tableware, watch accessories, mobile phone hardware cases, leather goods, Ceramic hollow carving, glass jade carving, stone tile carving, wood crafts, digital camera hardware housing, electronic components, jewelry crafts, stamping parts and machined parts. Rough surface, descaling, residue and burr, refurbishment of old rust-removing parts; used in spraying, pre-treatment process before electroplating to improve adhesion, decarburization, finishing treatment.
