Flat conveying automatic sand blasting machine
1、Power requirements: three-phase, 380V, 10kW, 50Hz power control switch;
2、 Air source requirements: dry, pressure in the range of 5-8 bar, air compressor size, flow must be configured according to the number of gun heads of the sandblasting machine.
3、Abrasive requirements: the user shall prepare according to the product.
4、Air supply pipeline requirements: pressure resistant rubber pipe, more than 1.5 inch.
5、 Power line requirements: three-phase four wire, more than 4 ㎡.
6、 Workshop requirements: solid and level ground, over 3.5m high
Automatic sand blasting machine processing method:
In the process of sand blasting, the product can be placed directly on the fixture or placed on the conveyor belt, and passed through the blasting chamber at a constant speed. The spray gun is oscillated with the mechanism under the motor drive to ensure uniform surface of the workpiece. Consistently, after the processing is completed, the workpiece is blown out of the surface of the conveying line by the air gun through the blowing chamber and then discharged from the other end of the conveying line.
1. According to the width of the workpiece to be processed, determine the number of spray guns to meet the needs of sandblasting work of different specifications.
2. Turn on the power switch, the light is on, turn on the motor of the exhaust dust removal system; add qualified sand.
3. Clamp the workpiece onto the fixture and place it on the conveyor belt in sequence.
4. The workpiece passes through the blasting chamber at a constant speed with the conveyor belt, and the spray gun is driven by the motor to reciprocate and oscillate.
5. The processed workpiece passes through the purging chamber, and the air gun blows off the residual sand on the surface of the workpiece, and the worker removes the sandblasted workpiece.
