Description:
The PVC foaming regulator is prepared by an emulsion polymerization process from an acrylate monomer, and is mainly used for improving the cell uniformity of the rigid PVC low foaming product, promoting the plasticization and melting of the PVC resin, and improving the appearance quality of the product. When used in processing aids, it can greatly increase the melt strength. Give the product a better surface finish. When used as a foaming regulator, it imparts higher melt strength, better plasticizing property and fluidity, promotes gelation of PVC, and causes the gas generated by thermal decomposition of the foaming agent to dissolve in the PVC melt as quickly and completely. In the middle, it is intertwined with the PVC molecular chain, which greatly improves the strength and elasticity of the melt, so that the PVC melt can generate the strength corresponding to the expansion gas and the elongation necessary for the gas expansion to ensure the gas is increasing. The formation of fine, dense and independent cells can retain more uniform and dense bubbles, resulting in a uniform foam structure, lower density and better surface finish. The product is a white, flowable powder. Insoluble in water, ethanol, soluble in acetone, chloroform.
