PVC processing modifier ACR resin
Description:
PVC processing modifier ACR resin is made by acrylate monomer through emulsion polymerization process. It is mainly used to improve the processing performance of rigid PVC, promote plasticization and melting of PVC resin, reduce processing temperature and improve the appearance quality of products. Improve the hot flow properties and extrusion speed of PVC resin; improve melt strength and improve elongation properties. The PVC product is more uniform and the physical properties such as mechanical strength are improved. The product is white amorphous powder, insoluble in water, ethanol, soluble in acetone and chloroform. The product meets the sanitary standard GB9681-88.
