Polyethylene Wax
Polyethylene wax (PE wax), also known as polymer wax, is referred to as polyethylene wax. Widely used due to its excellent cold resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance and wear resistance. In normal production, this part of the wax can be directly added to the polyolefin processing as an additive, which can increase the gloss and processability of the product. As a lubricant, it is chemically stable and has good electrical properties. Polyethylene wax has good compatibility with polyethylene, polypropylene, poly-blinky vinyl, ethylene-propylene rubber and butyl rubber. It can improve the fluidity of polyethylene, polypropylene and ABS and the release property of polymethyl methacrylate and polycarbonate. Polyethylene wax has a stronger internal lubrication effect than PVC and other external lubricants. The polyethylene wax is a white small microbead/sheet, which is formed by an ethylene polymer rubber processing agent, and has the characteristics of high melting point, high hardness, high gloss, and white snow color.
Polyethylene wax production process
The cracked polyethylene wax is made of high molecular weight polyethylene, which is the main raw material, and is added with other auxiliary materials through a series of depolymerization reactions. The depolymerization reaction is the most critical part in the production of polyethylene wax, and the whole process of depolymerization should be carried out in a closed reactor.

Application of polyethylene wax
1. Dark masterbatch and filling masterbatch.As dispersant in masterbatch processing, it is widely used in polyolefin masterbatch.It is soluble in polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene and other resins, and has excellent external and internal lubrication.
PVC profile, pipe, composite stabilizer in PVC profile, pipe, pipe, PE.PP molding process as dispersant, lubricant and brightener, enhance the degree of plasticization, improve the toughness and surface smoothness of plastic products, and in the production of PVC composite stabilizer widely used.
3. The ink has good light resistance and chemical properties, can be used as the carrier of pigment, can improve the wear resistance of paint, ink, improve the dispersion of pigment and filler, has a good anti-sedimentation effect, can be used as paint, ink leveling agent, so that products have a good luster and three-dimensional sense.
Wax products are widely used in the production of floor wax, automobile wax, polishing wax, candles, crayons and other wax products to improve the softening point of wax products, increase their strength and surface gloss.
5. The cable material is used as the lubricant of the cable insulation material, which can enhance the diffusion of the filler, improve the extrusion molding rate, increase the flow rate of the mold, and facilitate the demoulding.
