Description
The design gas flow rate of ventilation pipe is 5 m/s, the average gas flow rate of filter layer is 0.75 m/s, the installation of filter cloth should be sewed with the same material, and the inner cover can be made of non-toxic non-metallic materials; The ventilation pipe is designed according to the thickness of cover soil (H3) 0.0m, 0.5m and 1.0m, 0.0m is suitable for Southern areas, and 0.5m is suitable for Southern areas. In the central region, 1.0 is suitable for cold areas. The requirements of rust removal and anticorrosion after welding are made according to the customer's design requirements. Conditional area ventilation cap can be made of FRP or stainless steel according to the design requirements, in order to achieve better corrosion protection and prolong service life.
Explanation of Elbow Ventilator
1. The average velocity of gas flow in the filter (net, cloth) layer of ventilator tube design is 0.75m/s. When installing the filter cloth, the same material should be used for stitching, and the inner cover can be made of non-toxic non-metallic materials.
2. Ventilation pipes are designed according to the thickness of overlying soil (H1) 0.0m, 0.5m and 1.0m. 0.0m is suitable for Southern area, 0.5m for central area and 1.0 for cold area.
3. The requirements of rust removal and anticorrosion after welding are made according to the customer's design requirements.
4. Conditional areas can be made of stainless steel according to design requirements in order to achieve better corrosion protection and prolong service life.
