Y83 Metal Chips Briquette Press
Y83 series Metal Chips Briquette Line widely being used for large machining company, smelting plant, foundry plant, metal scrap recycling and processing plant which has large quantity of metal chips, this briquette line designed for compacting the cast iron chips, steel chips, aluminum chips, copper brass chips etc metal into high density blocks, directly feeding furnace for smelting or casting, reduce production costs and reduce environment pollution.
This briquette line able to carrying out automatically shredding, feeding, briquette and briquettes charging out etc works, with features of strong capacity production, and high efficiency, lower labor intensity, suitable for large enterprise.
1) Electric part is manipulated by PC system, the anti-interference is strong, automation is high and operation is simple.
2) Hydraulic station adopted the entirety-typed integration valve block and large diameter cartridge inserted valve, this stopped the oil leakage and lowered the oil temperature of system, and enhanced the stability of system.
3) Body part adopted the entirety cast steel products, and stopped the cranking of steel weld assembly, and enhanced the stability of machine and lengthened the longevity.
1, Can squeeze out over 90% cooling oil, reduce black smoking when remelting.
2, Block density >= 5200 Kg/CBM, save storage space and improve melter efficiency.

On the condition of not adding additive, the briquetting press can compress all kinds of particle and powder of cast iron, aluminum, copper, magnesium, titanium, molybdenum etc, and the high density metal block. It can be put into blast furnace directly, decreased the cost dramatically.
Oil cylinder adopted the tandem type cylinder, enhanced the velocity of movement and production efficiency. According to the user's working condition, the user can provide spiral automatic feeder machine, chain type automatic discharge machine, and eased the workforce intensity.
As the customer required, we can supply automatic feeder and conveyor to eased the workforce intensity. We can supply the electric cooler,which can meet 24 hours production.
