Product Overview
Definition of black body: an object that can absorb all external radiation energy and radiate all its own energy at the same time.
The main technical indicators of black body: emissivity of black body, diameter of black body cavity, temperature uniformity and uncertainty of radiation temperature. Therefore, in order to ensure the product quality of black body, black body is usually designed according to temperature segmentation. Usually what we call black body is artificial black body. The emissivity of artificial black body is close to 1, but not equal to 1.
The main function of black body is to generate standard radiation at a certain temperature. Therefore, it is mainly used to calibrate various radiation thermometers in temperature measurement, such as optical pyrometers, infrared thermometers, infrared thermal imagers, etc.
Application
Black bodies are mainly used in the field of temperature measurement in industry, and the main product is black body furnace. The comparison method is usually used for the calibration and verification of radiation thermometers, that is, through a high-stability radiation source (usually a black body radiation source) and other supporting equipment, the temperature reproduced by the standard device is compared with the temperature reproduced by the tested radiation thermometer to determine whether it is qualified or to give a calibration result.
As a standard radiation source, the standard black body is mainly used to calibrate radiation thermometers, infrared thermometers and radiation temperature sensor detectors. 13) The quartz glass tube can seal the protective gas argon introduced into it to ensure that the graphite parts are not oxidized at high temperatures; when the graphite tube expands at high temperature, the elastic adjustment of the spring itself can ensure good conductive contact between the graphite tube and the electrode.
14) Remote setting point programming is achieved through the standard communication interface. The equipment is equipped with a protective device to facilitate the operation of the operator and ensure safety during operation.
15) Language: Chinese or English by default, and the language interface can be copied from anywhere in the world according to the purchaser's requirements.
