Equipment Feature
1. This machine is newly developed machine for aluminum revolution door industry.
2. It is controlled by programmable controller PLC,easy operation and maintenance,reliable performance ,advanced technology,easy to maintenance ,it is mainly used for making aluminum revolution door .
3. The saw blade is carbide alloy ,high cutting speed ,high efficiency ,high accuracy.
4. The machine include its body ,left saw blade ,right saw head ,middle brace height gauge table and operation panel etc main parts.
5. The left and right saw head is partly fixed on plate bracket ,and moved by meshed of gear rack with gear wheel ,which is drived by servo motor .all those to achieve cnc fixed length .
6. The left and right saw head partly are drived by air cylinder to achieve central angle swing .The back plate of middle brace height gauge table is moved back and forth by servo driving ball screw to achive cnc brace height fixed length.
7. This machine is full numberical control operating system.It only need to input the relevant size. It is easy operation and maintenance ,high positioning accuracy ,reliable performance.
