1. Features for Corner Connector Automatic Cutting Saw
It is our new developed machine, which is welcomed from our clients. Forward and backward profile butt joint without tailling, when the profile was cutting. In addition, the thickness of the blade is 2.6mm(old type: 4.4mm), so it saves the profile and improve the work efficiency.
♣ Adopt spindle motor direct drive ultra-thin hard alloy carbide tooth saw blade,high transmission efficiency,high machining precision,high material utilization.
♣ The kinematic pair of cutting part adopts linear guide,the kinematic pair of automatic feeding adopts ball screw. Stable operation,high precision.
♣ With the function of automatic counting.
♣ With the device of spraying, which could improve the processing precision and prolong the service life of saw blade.
