1.Brief introduction
This machine is designed for cutting of aluminum profile.The two saw head independent swing angle,adopt cylinder driving,set up three common angle that is -45°90°+45°.
2. Equipment Features
2.1 The two saw head independent swing angle,adopt cylinder driving,set up three common angle that is -45°90°+45°.
2.2 Set up Manually position at arbitrary angle function within 45°~90°,the knob to the positioning position,make the pendulum angle cylinder pressure to be released in full,avoid plane positioning arbitrary angle position change.
2.3 When saw head swing to 45°,the front protection hood automatically to two saw head of intermediate mobile,which increase the reliability of safety production.
2.4 Large cutting range, cutting160~220mm when 90°, Cutting 160~155mm when 45°.(Profile width less than 160mm,the corresponding height increase).
2.5 The right saw head follow-up material carrying frame length is 1800mm.
