Packing for 5 axis cnc processing center for wood and aluminum:
Firstly some small parts will be packed with wet resistant film;
Secondly,we will use wet resistant film double wrapped;
Thirdly, it will be wrapped with green stips make it stable then no movement during transportation;
Fourth, it will wear thick plastic protective machine clothes; Finally, it will be packed in plywood box.
Features of 5 axis aluminum drilling machine:
1. This machine is specially for cutting,hole drilling,groove milling processing on all kinds of aluminum profile,plastic steel.
2. Adopt Taiwan Syntec five axis synchrozizing cnc control system, with Italy HSD imported high power five-axis head, easily implement stereoscopic five-side processing one time.
3.Machine body is heavy duty thicken aging treatment and casting iron table, transmission adopt Japan Yaskawa servo motors and Jpan SHIMPO high performance reducer. Taiwan ball screw, fast speed,low noise,high precision ,long use life etc advantages.
