LM4-CNC-6000 Gantry Four Axis Machining Center
Feature:
1. Adopt PA CNC control system, have the function of clear interface and easy operate.
2. With the professional COM software, the clamps can moving automatically according to require. Machine can achieve high efficient 3D 4 axis processing work.
3. CAD patterns can input to system directly, Can draw the patterns directly on CAD platform in system , then create the NC file, editing to achieve processing.
4. Single positioning and dual positioning design, separately loading and unloading profile without stop machine, has more high processing efficiency.
5. Lubrication adopt intermittent supply system, blades cooling adopt system control spray pump device.
6. Machine can be used on processing aluminum , aluminum wood composite profiles, copper profile and other light metal.
7. One time clamping can complete finish the profile of multi-sided drilling, tapping, chamfering, milling, milling slot and shaped hole processing.
8. Adopt imported high-precision ball screw, rail and rack to assure the high precision and stability of machine.
9. Adopt YASKAWA servo motor and driver, original Italian HSD automatic tool change spindle, make sure machine high precision.
10. Two sets of tool magazine, one is disc tool magazine 8 sets, another is linear tool magazine 8 sets, total 16 sets
11.The head adopts fully enclosed safety structure, to make sure the safety of the operator.
