Equipment Features:
1. The machine is designed for processing launder,taping,milling and mounting hole,locking hole and shaped hole,and it has a saw blade,can be used for cutting the angle of the profile.
2. The machine spindle could rotate around the Y axis to a range of ±90°,it could processing three faces at one time clamping,with high working efficiency.
3.Using the Taiwan 10MA four axis CNC Control System,it could realize four axis for synchronizing with a good user interface.
4.It adopts 9KW Italy HSD Imported Air Cooling automatic tool change Spindle Motor,high quality high efficiency.
4.Using the disc type Tool Magazine 8 station Umbrella type magazine,the blades storage overall for cylinder propulsion,ensure the operation safety.
5.The processing center could clamping by itself,auto brake,save time save power.
6.The whole machine use TBI Imported Ball Screw,30 HIWIN Square Guide,German HENRION Original Rack and other high quality parts,ensure the machine could have high processing accuracy.
7.The machine head with a protect cover,it could protect the safe of the operator.
8. Adopt spray pump cooling device,props for cooling treatment.
