Steel Round Pipe/Bar Chamfer/Beveling Machine
Main Features:
1: Semi-automatic chamfering machine; 2: Feeding tube by manual, blade forward and back automatically, due to the high speed, the production capacity increase double more; 3: This machine is good at chamfering inner and out angle of circular tube or circular rod, chamfering and deburring can be finished at one time in fast speed and accuracy; 4: Clamping device and knife holder are designed precision and accurately, which ensure the center line of workpiece and knife holder keep at the same level;
5: Knife holder as designed specially and the blade is normalizing which enable adjusting knife simply.
6.Special cutterhead can be customised as per request.
7.Feed speed is adjustable by belt pulley as per materials thickness.It can achieve the perfect performance.
8.The clamp mould is correspondence with different out diameter of pipes ,It is simple to change and maintain.
