Hydraulic Double Head Tube Chamfer Machine
Main Features:
1. The clamper and cutter head are special designed,can finish internal angle,extexternal angle and pipe end at one time
2. Rotating speed can be adjusted according to the change of belt pulley, suit for all kinds of metal material pipes, such as iron, copper, aluminum tube parts etc.
3. Spindle’s feeding speed could be adjusted. It is easy to adjust the cutting feeding speed, it has standard speed and fast-forward speed.
4. Handing feed, automatic advance and retreat knife , speed fast , increase several times the yield.
5. This machine is designed for pipe and round rods end internal and external angles, It can both completion of the chamfer angle and shave action. It is fast and accurate.
6.In order to ensure the processing part and the centerline of the cutter remain unchanged. Clamps the mold and cutter both designed by precision. It could finish the processing symmetrical.
7.It can chamfer for work pieces of different sizes. It only change the mold or adjust the tool holder for the processing
8.Hydraulic cylinder is more stable for thick pipe and threaded rod ,Perfect process performance.
9.We can make design of cutterhead and clamp mould for different requirements.
10. Work Pieces can be customised as per special request.
