Double-blade 45 degrees angle aluminum cutting machine features:
1. Pedal switch,Automatically pressing and cutting .It is safe and simple.
2.Gas oil feed ,More stable cutting speed
3.When cutting profiles,Automatic oil mist spray ensures the lubrication and cooling of the saw blade.
It can keep the saw blade sharp.Non-stick aluminum chips.
4. Motor drives for two blades ,High rotation speed and strong cutting .
It is suitable for cutting Aluminium profiles .
5.The cutting surface is smooth and the saw blade is durable. It can improve production efficiency and no seamless and more accuracy.
6.Equipped with feeding rack and outfeeding rack,the fixed scale keeps the cutting size accurate.
7.Double-saw cutting is fast and time-saving,increasing production efficiency and consr-mingonly two thirds of the time required for general-eraleral types of sawing machines.
8.Pedal control for automatic material clamping(side clamping and to pressing). The clamp is sturdy and will not deform, ensuring precises awing angles.
9.Fiter long or short materisl can be sawed off.
10.Two-set four oil sprayers are equipped in the interior of the machine to provide saw blade with auto oil spraying during sawing,ensuring.
