Product Application
LJMJ-CNC-500B CNC corner key cutting saw is mainly used for corner connector of aluminum profile cutting or for plastic cutting. This corner connector cutting machine is well known for high efficiency, high precision and large scale production. It adopts imported carbide saw blades that give accurate processing and high endurance. In order to assure the cutting accuracy, we use OMRON PLC control system to drive the ball screw and use the main shaft to drive the WEMARO saw blade. Besides, this CNC corner key cutting saw (CNC corner connector cutting machine) is also equipped with automatic profile feeding device. We can realize automatic cutting and counting.
Main Features
1. LJMJ-CNC-500B CNC corner key cutting saw has features of high automation, reliability and production efficiency.
2. Linear bearing motion pair gives less resistance force and ensures high processing accuracy.
3. CNC corner connector cutting machines adopt automatic counters.
4. When power is off suddenly, clamping device keeps fixing profiles in order to protect the worker and CNC corner key cutting saw.
5. Clamping and feeding process adopt pneumatic control.
