INTRODUCTION
LDX-200 automatic aluminum profile end milling machine is mainly used for aluminum profile ending milling. This automatic end milling machine is also applied for processing step surface and end slot. The processing angle is adjustable ranging from 30° to 90°. With adjustable worktable, it is convenient for tool setting. Tool main shaft is connected by shaft coupling, thus the motor main shaft rotating accuracy can not affect the aluminum milling machine's working accuracy. Equipped with bidirectional valve, Parker automatic end milling machine can mill profiles with high efficiency.
FEATURES
1. Super precision main shaft ensures accurate and steady processing of this aluminum milling machine.
2. Tool feeding adopts linear bearing kinematic pair, which ensures steady process of automatic end milling machines.
3. The end and notch can be vertical. The work table can be adjusted upper and lower for different kinds of profiles.
4. This aluminum milling machine adopts bidirectional valve to control the clamp and feeding so as to reduce failure segment. There are different strokes for different profiles to improve work efficiency.
