INTRODUCTION
HFW-CNC 4 corner horizontal welding machine is a special automatic machine for welding PVC door and window profiles. This CNC vertical four-point welding machine is a new type of product developed by our company. It is an ideal equipment for mass production of PVC windows and doors. The four welding heads can finish the welding of rectangle window frames or sashes in one-time operation with high efficiency. Parker 4 corner vertical welding machine also uses CNC control system, imported MITSUBISHI servo motor and PLC, and super touch screen control system. This CNC vertical four-point welding machine is easy to operate.
FEATURES
1. The 4 corner horizontal welding machine has crimping and positioning functions. It effectively ensures the dimensional accuracy of welding products, such as the shape and location accuracy and flatness.
2. This CNC horizontal four-point welding machine can realize welding a frame at one time, which greatly enhances the work efficiency.
3. HFW-CNC 4 corner horizontal welding machine is equipped with servo motor and assistance brake system.
4. Transmission adopts the original imported ball bearing master screw. The precision is extremely high so that it can guarantee the welding quality.
5. Through the rational control, our CNC horizontal four-point welding machines can effectively increase profile welding area and increase 30% welding intension.
