1.Product Description
1).The machine is the specialized equipment to apply the hot molten butyl sealant to both sides of the aluminum spacing frame uniformly.
2).The only thing the operator needs to do is to hold the aluminum spacing frame and all the other operations (rolling. transfer. etc.)can be completed automatically as programmed, and hence convenient operation, stable and reliable operation, good effects of sealant extrusion and high production efficiency, it is indispensable to dual seal double-glazing glass manufacturing.
3).Butyl glue is the double glass/insulating glass first layer sealant glue.

3. Butyl glue coating the alu-spacer bar
Note:use the Butyl glue extruder machine to coat the alu-spacer bar, it is the insulating glass first layer glue coating. after be coated, the alu-spacer will be put between the double glass, the double glass will be glued together.
4.Kindly note
If your local weather is cold and dry, about the glass glue coating, you need two glues, you can consider to use the butyl glue+two component glue(Silicon sealant glue) or use the butyl glue +hot melt glue, any combination method is ok, the butyl glue is the first layer glue, the two component glue or the hot melt glue as the second layer glue.
If your local weather is too hot or too humid, you'd better not choose the butyl glue +hot melt glue, you'd better choose the butyl glue+two component glue.
