Product Application automatic feed for milling machines

milling and tapping as well for various kinds of aluminum profiles for doors/windows.
--The working head can apply drilling and milling on any position of profile. All processing can be done with dual working stations at one
time clamping. And can conduct a download program processing of function, high efficiency.
--High quality computer-aided numerical control system(CNC) with good operating interface, graphic programming interface and graphic
modeling interface through which you can realize that what you see on the screen is just what you want in need.
--The nucleus of the control system adopts original American-made multi-shaft controller, so as to ensure the high precision and reliability.
--With high quality AC servo motors, high precision leading screws, linear guide ways and bearings, all machining precisions are highly ensured.
--3 axes with high speed principal spindle.
--With 3-position tool magazine. Changing tools automatically.
--The safety cabin used on the heads for protectiveness. With the safety hood , it fully protect worker very safe.
--With opening protective door (according to customer’s requirement)
--Adopt pneumatic clamping system and moving working table.
--The cooling spray system for cooling the cutters.
