3, It is the key machine to increase shear strength, knurling slot of extrusion profile through rotating knife at a high speed.

Working Principle

Adjust knurling knife into the notch, raw the profile by rotating the knife, and make teeth on the inner cavity of the profile.

Features

1) Stepless speed regulation is available by using frequency converter.

2) Electric controlled lifting of knurling knife and more stable automatically changing of different profile is available.

3) It can work with laminating frame and clamping device which means the machine poccesses the function of knurling, strip feeding and laminating film sticking.

5) Apply a linker to connect with the air conveyor ,which can directly inline with filling machine .
