Machine brief:
Drill mode:Gun drilling method. Concentric hole machining for cylindrical workpieces. Relative rotation of workpiece and tool during machining.
Workpiece clamping :The front end of headstock and guide frame spindle are equipped with cone disc. Axial movement of headstock spindle controlled by hydraulic system,The workpiece is clamped and positioned automatically by chamfering the cone disc and the both ends of the workpiece;When the users ordered the machine, they need to provide the chamfer size of both ends of the workpiece,as well as the workpiece size.
The machine adopts linear guide rail.
CNC system:GSK
The machine is equipped with simple safety guard.
Drilling box:It adopts servo main motor, Spindle is rotated by synchronous belt and synchronous belt wheel.Stepless speed regulation can be realized.The spindle speed range 500~5000r/min, the main motor power is 7.5kw,one motor drive two spindle rotation.
Tool infeed system:The structure of the ball screw is driven by the servo motor through the elastic coupling, and stepless speed regulation can be realized.
Drill bar support:2 groups, It can meet the maximum drilling hole length diameter ratio 100:1;;It adopts drill bar support linkage mechanism.
Center frame: 1 groups, It is used for workpiece support.Applicable workpiece outer diameter range: 25~70mm ; the upper cover of the center frame is manually opened and closed.
Headstock:It is used to drive workpiece rotation, using ordinary motor to drive spindle rotation through the reducer, spindle speed fixed at 85r/min, the main motor power 1.1kw, a motor drive two spindle rotation.
Cooling system: chain plate chip conveyor, paper tape filter, temperature controller, high voltage variable frequency pump group, a liquid level controller, according to the pressure and flow rate adjusting aperture of the cutting oil, and can display the value of flow and pressure.

Gun drilling machine typical workpiece:
1. Before shipment, every part of machine will be painted with a layer of anti-rust and water-proof oil to prevent possible erosion during transportation.
2. A plastic cover to wrap around machine parts to enhance corrosion prevention.
3. Export standard fumigated wood cases are measured and specially made for packing.
4. Steel wire will be used to tighten and strengthen the packages inside container.
