Equipment name: Brake pad spraying
Equipment introduction: The brake pad powder spraying equipment loads an automatic coating machine through a single-axle reciprocating machine to powder the brake pad, and then solidifies in the tunnel furnace.
Advantages of equipment:
1. Separate operation of spraying zone and solidification zone to avoid powder being brought into tunnel furnace, resulting in difficult cleaning of mesh chain.
2. After the product is discharged from the furnace, strong wind cooling is adopted and hot gas is removed to reduce the area occupied by the equipment and the temperature of the workshop.
Applications: Automobile manufacturing industry, metal surface powder spraying.Technical parameters: linear speed 0.5-1.0 m/min, curing temperature 185-200℃, spraying driving force 0.55 kw, curing cooling driving force 1.5 kw, single-axis reciprocating machine power 0.55 kw.
