HY-K09 Large motor stator and rotor tunnel electrostatic powder spraying production line
The motor stator electrostatic powder coating machine is an automated equipment specially used for the surface insulation treatment of the motor stator coil. Its core technology combines the electrostatic adsorption principle with the powder spraying process.
1. Working principle
Electrostatic adsorption
The equipment charges the powder particles through a high-voltage electrostatic generator (built-in or external to the spray gun). The charged powder is directional adsorbed on the grounded stator surface under the action of the electric field force to form a uniform coating.
Powder supply system
The powder is stored in a powder supply barrel or a vibrating screen container and transported to the spray gun through a Venturi powder pump or a pneumatic device to ensure that the powder flow is stable and controllable. Closed-loop control
A digital controller is used to adjust parameters such as voltage, current, and powder atomization amount. Some equipment supports intelligent feedback (such as AFC current control and iFlow flow control) to improve spraying accuracy.
2. Equipment composition
Spray gun unit
The core component is an electrostatic spray gun, with a built-in high-voltage generator or an external controller in the gun body. Some models are equipped with a remote operation panel for real-time adjustment of spray parameters. Powder supply device
It includes a powder barrel or vibrating screen powder supply system. The vibration platform can prevent powder agglomeration and ensure continuous powder supply.
Recycling system
Equipped with a powder recycling device, which recycles unabsorbed powder through air circulation, reduces waste and improves environmental protection.
Curing unit
Some equipment integrates a curing oven, which melts and levelizes the powder by heating to form a dense insulation layer.
3. Technical advantages

Electrostatic adsorption can cover complex structures (such as stator slots), avoiding the problems of sagging or missing coating in traditional coating.
Environmentally friendly and efficient
The powder utilization rate can reach more than 95%, without solvent volatilization, and meets VOC emission standards.

Supports assembly line integration, can be used with a robotic arm or conveyor belt to achieve mass production, and the fast color change function meets the needs of multiple varieties.
