Electric putter can work reliably under the following conditions:
1. The working environment temperature is between - 10 and 60 C.
2. Relative humidity below 85%.
3. Short-term working system is less than 25%.
4. The overload automatic protection switch should be correctly connected to the electrical control circuit.
5. Users need to install limit switches XW1 and XW2 by themselves (except the electric push rod with adjustable travel).
6. Permissible transverse load: (0.03-0.05)*rated thrust.
7. Start times: less than 4-5 times per minute.
The first condition for choosing electric putter is that its operating temperature must be within its allowable range. If there are special requirements, it needs to be explained in advance. If the travel is more than 800mm, the length of the elastic tube of the electric putter should be added, and when the travel is more than 300 mm, the stability of the electric push rod should also be considered.
In order to ensure that the electric putter only accepts radial force in operation, it is necessary to balance the lateral force of the putter, and to determine whether the electric putter has self-locking function. Generally speaking, the working system of trapezoidal teeth lead screw of electric push rod is 25%. If not, it can be improved appropriately.
