Selection and Purchasing Method of Electric Push Rod:
1. Purchase according to the use environment and application occasion of electric putter.
Use environment: Determine the environment temperature, humidity, altitude, working frequency, power supply environment, installation control and other external conditions of electric putter.
Load parameters: calculate the load parameters of electric putter: load force (push-pull force), working stroke, working speed, etc.
2. Purchase according to the application of electric putter
If the electric putter is only a simple push-pull object, and the accuracy is not high, then ordinary motor, worm gear and worm deceleration, trapezoidal screw, relay control, mechanical switch combination can be used.
Such features: economical and practical, low environmental requirements, simple installation and maintenance.
Servo motor or stepper motor can be used to drive the speed reduction, synchronous belt or precise planetary reducer and ball screw pair are used to drive the speed reduction, and induction switch sensor and coding sensor are used for position measurement and positioning.
Such characteristics: high combination cost, high efficiency and accuracy, high requirements for personnel, high environmental requirements, small size, low noise.
For smooth operation occasions: 24V/12V DC permanent magnet motor drive, stainless steel transmission rod, equipped with overload protection function.
For special conditions of the use of putter occasions, need to communicate with the push rod manufacturers in detail, according to specific conditions, non-standard electric puutter design and manufacture.
