The HF-03 Asphalt Rapid Analyzer is a high-tech product developed by the company that can quickly and simultaneously measure the properties of asphalt (penetration, softening point, ductility, wax content, four-component, SBS content). The product uses ATR detection window, the sample does not need to be sampled, smeared directly on the detection window, compared to the traditional infrared grinding, tablet compression, detection operation is simple, save time.
The product is equipped with sampling accessories, and the asphalt sample can be sampled and tested without heating when it is in a solid state, which saves heating time and prevents the repeated heating from aging the sample. In combination with infrared spectroscopy and chemometrics techniques, a quantitative regression model was established using partial least-squares method to achieve rapid detection of asphalt properties such as penetration, softening point, and wax content. Multi-property testing can be completed in 10 minutes. Currently, there is no A device has this feature. Using the patent algorithm of spatial angle, the spectral deviation threshold is used as the control index to realize the accurate judgment of the authenticity of asphalt.
