BLJ-01 Disk Stripping Tester
Suitable for gravure printing process to produce plastic film and cellophane and decorating printed with the printing ink fastness test trials . Also attached to the state test trials for vacuum coating, surface coating, composite and other related processes of formation of the surface layer .
Working principle
Will choose according to the standard provisions of the glass paper tape and the samples after printing ink test environment adjustment after the surface, with a standard load, rolling speed and rolling times together, place the regulation of a certain time, and then to the pressure and speed of stripping certain they will peel, observation and measurement of sample ink layer is stripped of the situation, in order to judge analysis on the combining fastness of printing ink layer.
