The nucleic acid protein detector/UV detector series is an ultraviolet detection device for separating ultraviolet absorbing substances (proteins, nucleic acids, polypeptides, enzymes) from an automated liquid chromatography separation chromatography. Ultraviolet light has obvious absorption characteristics, so that the analysis of the content of the sample components can be performed in order to carry out the identification and detection of the sample protein and nucleic acid substances and the determination of the content.
